This website is provided through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider processes technical connection data, such as IP address and request time, to serve the pages and protect its operation. Images and videos are served by the same website host.
Choices and practices
Your selected starting point is stored locally in this tab for the current browser session and is not sent to a server. There is no automatic visitor profiling or marketing tracking added by this website. Your choice of less motion can be saved locally in your browser. Offer interest, selected module and open weeks are stored for this tab’s current session. Optional 3D mode uses motion sensors only after activation and, where needed, permission; sensor data is not transmitted. Text entered in the short practices is not sent to us and is cleared from the practice window when you close it. At your explicit request, you can download your reflection as a text file or PNG to your device. That downloaded file remains under your control.
Contact and booking
Email links open your email application. Booking links lead to the existing SHIVA SHIFT website on Wix, where its privacy terms apply. No third-party booking calendar is embedded without your click.
Your rights
For questions or concerns about your personal data, contact guru@quantentunnel.de. Depending on the processing, rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Direct enquiries and admission
When direct submission is enabled, contact details are processed to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. Admission answers are encrypted in the site database and accessible only to the site owner. Resend notifications contain a reference, not questionnaire answers. General enquiries are kept for up to 30 days; admission answers for up to 90 days. Expired records are no longer shown and are deleted on the next server request. Health details are optional and require separate explicit consent. They support personal discussion and adjustments, not automated diagnosis or admission. Leave them blank and speak personally instead. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. These details are not accepted until separately enabled.
Payment after an offer
Following personal agreement, a time-limited offer link can open Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the required contact, billing and payment information. Admission and health answers are never sent to Stripe. The payment page opens only after your click and displays available payment methods. Payments remain disabled until the provider connection and binding terms are configured. Offer and payment records are separate from admission answers; applicable retention duties apply to actual contracts.
This site currently has restricted access. Direct submissions require sign-in. Please do not send diagnoses by ordinary email. Provider agreements, data transfers and specific payment information need to be reviewed before activation.
Scheduling and payment with Wix
Only opening the calendar connects your browser to Wix and shares necessary connection data. An anonymous booking session is stored in this browser tab and reused for the same booking. Submitting the booking form sends its contents to Wix. Free introductory calls require our personal approval. Paid appointments use the secure Wix checkout and its available payment providers, then return to this funnel. Returning to the page alone does not confirm payment.
