Question 1

Who is SHIVA SHIFT for?

Accepted Answer

For fathers and fathers-to-be who want direction, strength or more conscious relationships. No yoga experience is needed. Individual coaching, the father circle and the program offer different starting points.

Question 2

How much time do I need each week?

Accepted Answer

For the program, five live online hours: two 2½-hour sessions. Allow additional time for reflection and short challenges. One 55-minute conversation per module is included. The father circle is included in the module price and takes place in addition to the five practice hours.

Question 3

What is included in the program?

Accepted Answer

Included: starter box, workbook, journal and challenge book, access to the provided program videos, forum and network group, plus one year of the father circle. Starter box contents, access details and the start of the access year are specified before booking. Recordings of personal group conversations are not automatically promised. Merchandise and retreat are separate. Two weekly online sessions and one 55-minute conversation per module are also included.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Existing price guide: program from €799 per module (three modules from €1,979), individual coaching from €111 for 55 minutes, father circle €15 per meeting. The optional retreat has a planned additional budget of around €400–500 excluding travel. Final terms are confirmed before booking.

Question 5

When can I start?

Accepted Answer

Starts are planned in spring and autumn, with two cohorts per year for each module. Exact dates will follow. Individual coaching and joining the father circle are discussed in an introductory conversation.

Question 6

Is SHIVA SHIFT therapy?

Accepted Answer

SHIVA SHIFT supports personal development, direction and everyday fatherhood. It does not diagnose, treat or relieve illnesses, and does not provide psychotherapy or trauma treatment. Body-based exercises, yoga, breath awareness, meditation, reflection and shared conversation are offered for self-exploration and everyday practice. They are not equivalent to medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. The program may be a voluntary addition, but cannot replace necessary care or guarantee particular health outcomes. Medical and psychotherapeutic decisions belong with appropriately qualified professionals.

Question 7

Do I have to share personal things?

Accepted Answer

You decide what to share. Every practice is optional. We agree on a respectful, confidential setting; no one can guarantee absolute confidentiality by other group participants.

Question 8

What happens in the introductory call?

Accepted Answer

We spend 30 minutes online exploring your situation and whether any support fits. The call is free and has no obligation. Choose a time in the existing calendar; this does not enrol you in a paid offer.

Question 9

Can I join SHIVA SHIFT alongside therapy?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your circumstances, this may be possible. SHIVA SHIFT offers its own setting for body awareness, coaching, community and everyday practice. Body-based and group approaches can also be part of psychotherapy. If you are receiving treatment or have health concerns, discuss participation with your treating professional. Our introductory conversation explores a suitable setting and does not replace a clinical assessment.

Question 10

What about practices and health considerations?

Accepted Answer

Every practice is optional and can be adapted, skipped or stopped. Pausing is not a failure. Discuss health concerns and possible contraindications with a suitable professional before participating. Do not change medication or ongoing treatment because of this program. SHIVA SHIFT is not an acute crisis service, addiction treatment or guidance for withdrawal. If you need urgent help, use local emergency medical services.

Question 11

Are particular results guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

We provide the agreed setting for guidance, practice and conversation. Your experience and development are individual. Healing, symptom relief, a particular personal outcome or a relationship outcome are not guaranteed. Statutory rights and any expressly agreed refund promise are unaffected.
